Sevak Ohanjanian

Born on November 21, 1989 in Iran. Sevak started training at age 14 by Edmond Tarverdyan at GFC, Glendale, CA. He started with Shotokan Karate and Muay Thai. Being very dedicated to the martial arts, Sevak started teaching Karate at Glendale Fighting Club at the age 19.

Sevak Ohanjanian has a wealth of experience at the junior level and understands what it takes to have success. Sevak is black belt in Shotokan Karate. His resume includes continues sparing 1st place champion in the black belt division, Golden Glove boxing Finalist, Muay Thai record of 6-1, and IFS Muay Thai finalist.

Kids Classes

What your child will expect at GFC: Our Fun-filled classes are 60 minutes long. The key is the emphasis on advancement and growth based on each child's individual pace. Classes become more challenging as each child progresses and show the readiness to accept more challenges. Children will begin to grasp the concept of self-discipline as they achieve goals. When he/she tackles more difficult goals, the self-confidence grows and serves as a strong foundation in all aspects of life, including academics, sports, arts and socially as well.

Many of our professional fighters compete in the top organizations of their respective sports, such as UFC, WEC. Bellator, WBC Muay Thai, Gary Shaw Promotions, Golden Boy Promotions, and many others.
